• Free online tools — NEPA Bill Calculator and Solar-for-Generator Calculator
• Technical training and capacity building services

• An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by Gramowatt
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued where applicable
• For installation projects, a written or verbal agreement of scope constitutes an order
• Gramowatt will provide an order confirmation via phone, SMS, email, or receipt upon successful payment
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery address and order details are accurate at the time of placing the order

• Full payment is required before products are dispatched or installation commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• For large projects, a deposit (typically 50–70%) may be required upfront, with the balance due upon completion
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, and online payment gateways where available
• All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN)
• Gramowatt is not responsible for delays caused by failed or unconfirmed payments
• Receipts and invoices will be issued for all transactions upon request or automatically where applicable

• Prices displayed on our website or quoted verbally are valid for the period stated, or where no period is stated, for a maximum of 48 hours
• Gramowatt reserves the right to correct pricing errors — where an item is incorrectly priced, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund
• Promotional prices and discounts are time-limited and may not be combined unless explicitly stated
• Stock availability is not guaranteed — if a product is out of stock after payment, we will offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund
• VAT and other applicable taxes are included in quoted prices unless otherwise stated

• Standard delivery timeframe is 4–7 working days across Nigeria
• Gramowatt reserves the right to decline delivery to locations with verified security concerns
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery and receipt
• The customer is responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible installation environment
• Gramowatt is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Any damage identified at the point of delivery must be reported within 48 hours

• Gramowatt's total liability to any customer shall not exceed the total amount paid by that customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of income, business interruption, or data loss
• We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control — including power surges, natural disasters, civil unrest, or third-party failures
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence

• Customers are responsible for the proper use of all products purchased from Gramowatt
• Gramowatt is not liable for damage arising from misuse, overloading, or failure to follow product instructions
• Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for electrical or solar installations on their property
• Any modification to an installed system by an unauthorised party is entirely at the customer's own risk

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from our website without written permission
• The Gramowatt name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of Gramowatt Technologies Ltd
• Our online tools (NEPA Calculator, Solar Calculator) are proprietary and may not be scraped, cloned, or reproduced
• You are permitted to share links to our website and pages for non-commercial purposes
• Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action

• Tool outputs are estimates based on general assumptions and are not professional engineering advice
• Results do not constitute a binding quotation or formal recommendation from Gramowatt
• Gramowatt is not liable for any decisions, purchases, or financial outcomes based on tool outputs
• The tools are provided "as-is" without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a specific purpose
• Gramowatt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the tools at any time
• Commercial use, scraping, or replication of the tools is strictly prohibited

• Use our platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or backend systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code through our website or communications
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website without permission
• Impersonate Gramowatt Technologies Ltd staff, agents, or representatives
• Post or transmit false, misleading, or defamatory content about Gramowatt
• Use our contact channels to harass, threaten, or abuse our staff

We always aim to resolve disputes amicably. If you have a complaint or concern, we encourage you to contact us first:

• Contact our customer service team via phone or email with full details of your complaint
• We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days
• If the matter remains unresolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action
• Formal legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oyo State, Nigeria, unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing.
