Section 01

Delivery Policy

Gramowatt Technologies Ltd delivers products to customers across Nigeria. We work with trusted logistics partners and our own in-house technical team to ensure that your order reaches you safely, in good condition, and within the stated timeframe.

All deliveries are processed on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, remote location access, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always communicate proactively if your order is delayed.

We deliver and install across all 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Whether you are in Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt, or a rural community in between — we will work to get your order to you.

  • Locations under active security advisory or conflict
  • Areas with verified access restrictions at the time of delivery
  • Locations our logistics partners cannot safely reach
  • Areas temporarily flagged by government security agencies

Security Disclaimer: Gramowatt Technologies Ltd reserves the right to decline delivery to any location where the safety of our staff, products, or logistics partners cannot be reasonably assured. Where this applies, customers will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or an alternative collection arrangement.

Section 03

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees vary based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the delivery option selected. The applicable delivery fee will always be communicated to you clearly before your order is confirmed — there are no hidden charges.

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on destination and order volume
  • Free delivery may apply on qualifying orders above a specified amount — ask our team for current promotions
  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations may attract an additional logistics surcharge
  • Bulky items such as solar panels, inverter batteries, and large electronics attract freight-based pricing
  • Installation travel costs for locations outside Southwest are calculated separately and communicated upfront
  • You will always be given a full cost breakdown before payment is finalised

Installation Services & Scheduling

For products that require professional installation — solar systems, electrical wiring, water pumping systems, and related equipment — delivery and installation are coordinated together by our technical team.

📅 How Installation Scheduling Works
  • After order confirmation and payment, our team will contact you to schedule an installation date
  • A site assessment may be required before installation for complex solar or electrical projects
  • Installation dates are confirmed subject to technician availability and your location
  • You will be given a minimum of 24 hours notice before our team arrives on site
  • Please ensure the installation area is accessible, safe, and ready on the agreed date
  • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours notice — same-day cancellations may attract a revisit fee

Installation timelines for large projects (e.g. commercial solar systems or full building wiring) are agreed upon individually at the point of order. Speak with our team for a tailored project timeline.

Section 05

Refund Policy

At Gramowatt Technologies Ltd, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward for all customers.

Refund and return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the delivery or collection date. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund but may be assessed for exchange or repair under our warranty policy.

Eligible Returns & Refunds

  • Item received is different from what was ordered
  • Item is dead on arrival (DOA) or faulty upon first use
  • Item delivered is visibly damaged and damage was not caused by the customer
  • Order was duplicated due to a payment or system error
  • Item is significantly not as described on our website or by our sales team
  • Gramowatt cancelled the order after payment was made
  • Delivery was declined to your area after full payment

✕ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after delivery or installation
  • Item has been installed, used, or altered by the customer
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • Item returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation
  • Request made after the 7-day return window has closed
  • Customised or specially ordered items built to customer specification
  • Consumables, fuses, or single-use accessories once opened
  • Items purchased during a clearance or final sale

How to Request a Refund or Return

Contact Us Within 7 Days

Call 08035848943 or email support@gramowatt.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. State your order details and the reason for your return or refund request.

Provide Supporting Evidence

Where applicable, send clear photographs or a short video showing the fault, damage, or discrepancy. This helps us assess your request faster and avoids unnecessary delays.

Await Assessment

Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. We may ask additional questions or request the item be returned to us for inspection.

Return the Item (if required)

If a physical return is required, we will provide you with return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. Return shipping costs are borne by Gramowatt for confirmed fault cases, and by the customer in all other cases.

Refund or Resolution Issued

Once the return is received and inspected, your refund, replacement, or exchange will be processed within the timeframe stated in our refund schedule below.

Section 08

Refund Schedule & Methods

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible. The timelines below apply from the date of refund approval.

Bank Transfer / Direct Deposit — 3 to 5 Business Days Refund is sent directly to the bank account number you provide. This is our primary refund method for most transactions.
Store Credit — Issued Within 1 Business Day Store credit is available as an alternative to a cash refund and can be applied to any future purchase from Gramowatt Technologies Ltd. Store credit does not expire.
Replacement / Exchange — 4 to 7 Working Days Where the customer opts for a replacement item, the exchange is treated as a new order and dispatched within our standard delivery window.
Online Payment Reversal — 5 to 10 Business Days For payments made through online payment gateways, processing times are subject to the gateway provider's schedule, which is outside Gramowatt's direct control.

Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of an order qualifies for a refund, a partial refund will be issued for the affected items only. Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except in cases where Gramowatt is at fault.

Section 09

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange a product rather than receive a refund, we are happy to facilitate this where stock is available. The following conditions apply:

  • Exchange requests must be made within the 7-day return window
  • The item being exchanged must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging
  • Exchanges are processed as a new order — standard delivery timeframes apply
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer pays the difference
  • If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference is issued as store credit
  • Gramowatt covers return shipping for defective items; customers cover return shipping for preference-based exchanges
Section 10

Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following products and services are non-refundable under all circumstances, except where Gramowatt Technologies Ltd is directly at fault:

  • Completed installation and labour services — once carried out, labour costs are non-refundable
  • Customised solar system designs or specially ordered components
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or sold during clearance promotions
  • Consumables, fuses, bulbs, and single-use accessories once the packaging has been opened
  • Software, digital tools, or configurations set up on behalf of a customer
  • Delivery fees once the order has left our facility and is in transit
  • Site assessment or consultation fees

Important: Gramowatt Technologies Ltd does not offer cash refunds on installed systems or partially used services. Where a dispute arises on an installation, it will be assessed under our Warranty & Service Policy.

Section 11

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and dispatching your orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, Gramowatt Technologies Ltd will take full responsibility and resolve the matter at no additional cost to you.

📦 What to Do When You Receive a Damaged or Wrong Item
  • Do not use or install the item — using it may complicate the return process
  • Photograph the damaged packaging and the item immediately upon receipt
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery — damaged item reports made after 48 hours may not be accepted
  • Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue
  • We will arrange for collection and replacement or refund at our expense

If a delivery is signed for and later found to be damaged, Gramowatt may request evidence that the damage was pre-existing and not caused after receipt. We recommend inspecting all items before signing the delivery confirmation.
